Cisco Catalyst 6807-XL（C6807-XL）是思科推出的一款 modlar 的 modual 模块化交换机。它支持使用各种不同类型的业务（线卡或模块）卡片来满足不同的网络需求。但是在使用过程中，当我们增加了某种业务卡之后，发现本来正常运行的交换机突然出现宕机情况，这种情况下，你可能忽略了这个小细节......
近日，我们接到客户反馈，客户公司使用的cisco C6807-XL增加业务卡C6800-8P40G后不能正常工作，委托我们尽快解决。
网度通信工程师接到用户反馈后进一步分析了导致交换机不能工作的原因，得出可能为客户目前机器运行版本Version 15.4(1)SY1，不支持C6800-8P40G导致，当即前往客户公司进行故障核实和修复。
经过一系列查询，网度工程师发现C6800-8P40G最低IOS要求为15.5(1)SY才能支持。当即建议客户升级至15.5(1)SY之后的版本以保障可以支持C6800-8P40G运行。
建议：
客户现有版本不能支持C6800-8P40G 需要升级到15.5(1)SY之后的版本。目前官网主推荐版本为s2t54-ipservicesk9-mz.SPA.155-1.SY6.bin，现在这个版本最为稳定。
版本说明：
15.5(1)SY版本新增支持新业务卡功能，并且修复了之前小版本的BUG，加强了密码安全。
